PensionBee is pleased to announce that its Founder and Chief Executive, Romi Savova, has been inducted into the prestigious 11:FS Awards Hall of Fame.
The 11:FS Hall of Fame recognises individuals who have made lasting contributions to the financial services industry through their unwavering dedication, innovative thinking, and commitment to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
The awards are judged by a panel of experts from 11:FS, who carefully select inductees based on their ability to reshape the financial services landscape.
With her induction, Romi joins an illustrious group of handpicked leaders and pioneers who are transforming the sector. Previous recipients include Anne Boden, founder of Starling Bank; Sitoyo Lopokoiyit, MD of M-Pesa; Sopnendu Mohanty, Head of Fintech at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS); and other trailblazers who have driven innovation in financial services.
Romi Savova, Founder and Chief Executive at PensionBee, said: “In the year of PensionBee’s tenth anniversary and our international expansion, I am incredibly proud to be inducted into the 11:FS Hall of Fame. This recognition is not just a personal achievement but a testament to the hard work and vision of the entire PensionBee team.
“We remain committed to empowering people to take control of their financial futures, and this accolade reinforces the impact PensionBee continues to have on the retirement industry.”
Laura Watkins, Director of Media and Marketing at 11:FS, added: “As the Chief Executive Officer, Romi has led PensionBee on its journey from startup to household name and more recently, as a publicly listed company on the London Stock Exchange, one of very few female founders ever to do so in the financial services’ sector.
“Her relentless dedication to making financial services more accessible and transparent for consumers truly sets her – and PensionBee – apart. We are proud to welcome Romi to the 11:FS Awards Hall of Fame and recognise her outstanding contributions to the industry.”
