If you have a question about your PensionBee pension, your dedicated personal account manager (your 'BeeKeeper') is here to help. They know everything about you and your pension and will be able to answer any queries you may have. You can contact your BeeKeeper by phone, email or live chat.
Awards and achievements
Death of a customer
If you need to notify PensionBee that one of our customers has passed away, please call or email us with the customer's full legal name, date of birth, and registered address so we can locate their account. We'll send a form by email which needs to be completed and returned by the individual handling our customer's financial affairs. Then one of our Compliance Managers will follow up with the next steps.
