London, 07 October 2020: PensionBee named ‘DC Pension Provider of the Year’ at the UK Pensions Awards 2020.

PensionBee, a leading online pension provider, has been named ‘DC Pension Provider of the Year’ at the 23rd annual UK Pensions Awards. The online pension provider was recognised for its high level of innovation, performance and customer service to pension schemes and their members, beating some of the industry’s biggest names in pensions including Aviva, Scottish Widows and Legal & General.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the industry’s most prestigious awards were announced in a virtual ceremony which celebrated winners across more than 30 different categories.

The award win comes just a month after PensionBee was named ‘Employer of the Year’ at the FT Adviser Diversity in Finance Awards, in recognition of its policies, schemes and initiatives encouraging and enabling diversity in the workplace. PensionBee also received an award for ‘Pensions Innovation’ at the inaugural Finder Investing & Saving Innovation Awards in September.
