London, 20 November 2019: Former CEO of The Pensions Advisory Service, Michelle Cracknell, joins as Independent Non-Executive Director.

Michelle has over 30 years’ experience specialising in pensions and retirement planning, including most recently as Chief Executive of The Pensions Advisory Service. During her five years in the role, Michelle was responsible for raising public awareness of pensions, leading campaigns on pension scam awareness and launching a variety of new services and tools to help consumers better understand their pensions.These included a new online ‘trace a lost pension’ tool and a Midlife Review service to help the self-employed work towards a better retirement. As Chief Executive of The Pensions Advisory Service, Michelle trebled the number of customers that the service helped.
