1. About PensionBee
1.1 Provider
This offer is brought to you by PensionBee Limited (“PensionBee”), 209 Blackfriars Road, London, SE1 8NL.
1.2 Regulation
PensionBee is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
2. About the giveaway
2.1 Promoter
PensionBee, 209 Blackfriars Road, London SE1 8NL. Queries about this giveaway can be directed to press@pensionbee.com.
2.2 Entrant Qualifications
This giveaway is open only to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of PensionBee, their relatives, and anyone otherwise connected to PensionBee are not permitted to participate in the giveaway.
2.3 One Entry per Person
Only one entry per person will be accepted. Where there are multiple entries from the same person, those entries will all be disqualified from receiving any prize in the giveaway.
2.4 No Fee for Entry
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the giveaway.
2.5 Start Date
The start date for participating in the giveaway is 22 April 2024.
2.6 Closing Date
The closing date for entry to participate in the giveaway is 29 April 2024. After this date no further entries to the giveaway will be permitted.
2.7 How to Enter
To enter the giveaway:
- follow @pensionbee on the social media platform on which the giveaway is taking place; and
- add a comment on the post answering the question outlined within the post.
2.8 Prize
The prize is as follows:
- X1 signed Brentford FC 2023/25 mens home shirt.
No cash alternative will be offered as a prize. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and PensionBee reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equivalent value without giving notice.
2.9 How prize winners are selected
Not all valid entries will receive a prize. Winners will be chosen at random by software from all valid entries received and verified by PensionBee.
2.10 PensionBee Decision Final
PensionBee’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
2.11 How prize winners are notified
Winners will be notified by DM or in reply to their comment on the giveaway post within three working days of the closing date. This notice will include further information on when and how the prize can be collected / delivered. The winner(s) will only ever be contacted by PensionBee. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within three working days of notification, PensionBee reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. Please note that the home county and last names of winners may be made available by PensionBee on request (including to the ASA, as regulator).
2.12 Terms & Conditions
By entering this giveaway, an entrant is agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
(i) Amendments to Terms & Conditions: PensionBee reserves the right to cancel the giveaway or amend these terms and conditions due to any events occurring outside PensionBee’s control that make the giveaway no longer possible or impractical or it being determined by PensionBee, acting in good faith, that the giveaway cannot proceed. Any cancellation of the giveaway or changes to these terms and conditions will be notified to entrants as soon as reasonably possible by PensionBee.
(ii) English Governing Law: The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
(iii) No Associations: This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, X (formerly known as Twitter), TikTok, Instagram or any other social network.

In entering this giveaway you are providing your information to PensionBee and not to any other party.
Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants in this giveaway will be used solely in accordance with PensionBee’s privacy policy and terms & conditions and current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third-party without the entrant’s prior consent.
