Please know that on average, transferring a pension to us typically takes around 12 weeks. It’s worth noting that when we receive funds from your provider, we send them to the money manager of your plan for investment, and this process takes around 5 working days. I’m pleased to see that we completed your transfer in just over 2 weeks, much quicker than the average timescales, and that your other transfers are also moving along nicely. While we acknowledge that the investment process is longer than you’d hoped, we are limited in the actions we can take to speed this process up, as this is dependent on bank processing times and the money manager of your plan.
