London, 11 October 2019: Online pension provider PensionBee, received two awards at the 4th annual Money Age Awards, held at the iconic Waldorf Hilton hotel.
Last night PensionBee collected two awards at the 2019 Money Age Awards, which celebrated excellence within the personal finance space. PensionBee was named ‘Pension Provider of the Year’ and ‘SIPP Provider of the Year’ in recognition of its commitment to making retirement saving easy for consumers. It saw off competition from some of the biggest providers in the country including Scottish Widows, Hargreaves Lansdown and AJ Bell.
The success follows a previous win at the Money Age Awards back in 2017, where PensionBee won the award for ‘Innovation in Consumer Finance (technology)’.
Romi Savova, CEO at PensionBee commented: “We were delighted to be shortlisted in five categories at this year’s awards, and to be named both ‘Pension’ and ‘SIPP Provider of the Year’ is a special moment. We’re proud to offer a simple, jargon-free and transparent product that empowers consumers to make informed decisions about their pensions to achieve better financial outcomes in retirement.”
PensionBee is shortlisted for ‘Online Business of the Year’ at the Growing Business Awards, and CEO, Romi Savova, is a finalist for both City AM and the Inclusive Tech Alliance Awards in the ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ category. The online pension provider is also shortlisted for two Technology Product Awards: ‘Most Innovative Use of AI / Automation - SMEs’ and ‘Technology Hero of the Year’ for our CTO, Jonathan Lister Parsons.
